These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pak665 ("pak665", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pak665 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pak665.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any casino game or otherwise accessing the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. pak665 employs age verification as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any funds held may be withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Users located in Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the Services. pak665 does not represent that the Platform is lawful to use in your specific location.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using third-party details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.
The Platform is for personal, recreational use only. Commercial exploitation of the Services — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or using automated software — is prohibited.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required. You must promptly update this information if it changes. pak665 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.
pak665 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit documentation including but not limited to:
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false or misleading documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify pak665 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations. You must not use the Platform in any way that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise objectionable.
Content provided on the Platform — including odds, game rules, bonus terms and payment guides — is provided for informational purposes. While pak665 endeavours to keep all information accurate and current, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any content. Users should verify all material information independently before acting upon it.
You must not attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems, including servers, databases or software. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or use automated tools to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
Currency Note: All account balances, deposits, withdrawals and bonus amounts on pak665 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or game description. Users should verify applicable currency conversion rates if depositing via international payment methods.
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted at the time of transaction as shown in the cashier section of your Account. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. pak665 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods without prior notice.
Payment references familiar to Pakistani users — including mobile wallets and bank transfer methods — may appear in the cashier depending on availability. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are contextual and do not constitute endorsement of gambling by any of those providers. Users must independently verify that their chosen payment provider permits transactions of this nature.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and the absence of any pending investigations. pak665 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to processing any withdrawal request. Processing times vary by payment method and cannot be guaranteed.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pak665 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the Platform. Users will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.
pak665 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. All funds deposited must originate from a legitimate source in the account holder's own name. pak665 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time and to delay or refuse withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, you must complete the stated wagering requirement. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires you to place bets totalling PKR 1,00,000 before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
While a bonus is active in your Account, you may not place any single bet exceeding the maximum bet limit stated in the applicable bonus terms. Placing bets above this limit — regardless of whether you are aware of the restriction — constitutes a breach that may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
Bonuses that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation. Validity periods are displayed at the time a bonus is credited.
pak665 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where, in its reasonable opinion, a bonus has been claimed in an abusive manner. This includes but is not limited to: use of multiple accounts, collusion with other users, exploitation of promotional errors, or the use of betting patterns designed to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds regardless of outcome.
Each betting market and casino game is governed by specific rules published within the Platform. Users are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing bets or participating in games. Ignorance of game-specific rules does not constitute grounds for dispute.
pak665 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where an obvious error has occurred, including but not limited to manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the user's Account. pak665 is not liable for any losses arising from errors that could not reasonably have been identified as correct.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game or active bet, pak665 will apply its published disconnection policy, which aims to resolve interrupted sessions fairly based on the state of play at the point of disconnection. Users are encouraged to maintain a stable internet connection before commencing play.
Sports betting markets — including those covering Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, T20 internationals, football and UFC — are subject to market-specific rules regarding settlement timing, abandoned matches, and void conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
pak665 reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary upon detection of prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, databases and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of pak665 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pak665.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pak665 collects and processes personal data only to the extent necessary to provide its Services, comply with legal obligations and maintain the security of the Platform.

pak665's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
pak665 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that the Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or where continued operation of the Account would violate applicable law or the platform's licensing obligations.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to you subject to applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including without limitation the sections on intellectual property, prohibited conduct, limitation of liability and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.
pak665 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak665 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
pak665 does not operate under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts and does not claim endorsement, licensing or authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the PTA or the State Bank of Pakistan. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they access the Platform at their own risk and under their own assessment of applicable local law.
Dispute Resolution: In the first instance, all complaints and disputes should be submitted to our support team at [email protected]. pak665 aims to resolve complaints within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process established by the applicable licensing authority.
